Complaints Procedure
In our online store, we provide the same conditions for making complaints as those applicable in any regular brick-and-mortar store, in accordance with the applicable Civil Code.
Supplier's Withdrawal from the Contract
The supplier may withdraw from the contract in the event that the goods are unavailable. The supplier must always contact the customer before withdrawing from the contract.
Customer's Withdrawal from the Contract
According to Section 53 of the Civil Code, every customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods or services.
